Rural experience in an urban environment

Our highly diversified urban farm, located at the Vassar Ecological Preserve in the city of Poughkeepsie, is the home of all our programming. On twelve Certified Naturally Grown acres, we train future farmers in sustainable farming practices through our apprenticeship program. We’re proud to provide healthy food to our community through our Food Share program and our CSA, a program where participants receive weekly shares of seasonal vegetables, fruits, flowers, and herbs from June until November.
