We are looking for people with neat handwriting to help us make labels for the plant sale! We'll have all of the tools you need here, however, our sharpies tend to dry out a little bit in the dust/soil. You may benefit from bringing your own fine tip black sharpie, but this is in no way a condition of attending! This project can be done indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather.
DIRECTIONS -
Park at the Environmental Cooperative / Vassar Barns lot. Walk down the dirt farm road to the left towards the high tunnels. The farm fields should be on your right. Meet at the wash station (the white tent with wash tubs).
PUNCTUALITY AND SIGNING IN
Park a few minutes early to allow 5 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the wash station. Please DO NOT BE LATE. We need to know how many people we have in order to divide the work efficiently. Arriving late also means that we need to spend more staff time on busy mornings explaining tasks twice. Be sure to sign in with the Workshare Coordinator or a farmer to receive credit for your shift.
