For tax-smart giving, consider gifting appreciated securities, a grant from your donor advised fund, or if you are 70 ½ or older, a gift from your IRA during your mandatory distribution window.  DAF donations from Fidelity Charitable, DAFgiving360 (Schwab Charitable), and BNY Melon can be made directly using the DAFDirect form further down this page. We can also support you with the language needed for a bequeathment to the farm from your estate.

In addition to cash support, Poughkeepsie Farm Project is able to accept capital gifts and real estate. In line with our strategic plan, we are especially hopeful to receive additional land to expand operations.
