Welcome to our Harvest of the Month Resource Hub! Harvest of the Month (HOTM) is a program that aims to connect New York state farms and schools to get more seasonal produce into the school cafeteria, support the local economy, and educate students on different vegetables and fruits that grow locally.

PFP has created materials to go with each Harvest of the Month item, including bilingual coloring page handouts, and we have also compiled recipes and other resources to use if you want to cook the Harvest of the Month at home, or bring this program to your classroom or school.

If you are interested in more resources about planning a Farm to School program, watch this webinar with our Education Director. Beyond HOTM, our Farm to School program includes farm and classroom visits, cafeteria taste tests, Agricultural literacy visits, workshops and more! Find out more about farm visits here.
