Ageratum, “Timeless Mix” - Ageratum houstonianum
Description: Lovely and long-lasting flower clusters in shades of red, pink, blue, and white. Attracts bees and butterflies, ideal for beds, containers or as a cut flower. Annual.
Growing Tips: Fertile soil with good drainage.
Spacing: 9-12”
Height: 24-30”

Alyssum, “Carpet of Snow” – Labularia Maritima?
Description: Cascading habit makes this late spring flower perfect for windowboxes or terrace edges. Widely recognized as a nectar source for beneficial insects. Frost resistant.
Growing Tip: Though an annual, it sometimes re-seeds.
Spacing: 6-8 inches
Height: 4-6 inches
Light: Full sun, can tolerate some shade

Aster, “Towers Mix” – Callistephus chinensis
Description: Large, showy blossoms pack all the beauty of peonies in an easy to grow annual. Blooms in 8 different colors.
Growing Tip: May require a stake for support.
Spacing: 6-12”

Bachelor's Button, Blue Cornflower, “Polka Dot Mix” – Centaurea cyanus
Description: Classic cornflowers in blue, pink, white, and red blossoms. Use edible flowers to brighten salads, desserts or drinks

Calendula, “Resina" - Calendula officinalis
Description: Resina has the highest resin concentration of any calendula, making it ideal for medicinal uses. Plant produce numerous attractive 1.5-3” flowers.
Growing Tips: Plant in rich, well-drained soils.

Calendula, “Alpha” - Calendula officinalis
Description: Also known as pot marigold or common marigold, these easy to grow flowers have bright orange blooms reminiscent of gerber daisies. Petals are edible and have a floral, slightly bitter flavor.
Growing Tips: Plant in rich, well-drained soil.
Spacing: 6-12”

Celosia, “Pampas Plume” – Celosia argentea
Description: Masses of soft, feathery 2-6” plumes in scarlet, yellow, cream, and pink. Also known as cockscomb.
Growing Tips: Promote branching by pinching plant when 6-8” tall

Chinese Forget-Me-Nots - Cynoglossum amabile
Description: Small, prolific, blue flowers are great for bouquets and for attracting bees.
Growing Tips: These easy to grow annuals will reseed and grow for multiple years.

Cosmos - Cosmos bipannatus
Description: Daisy-style flowers atop sturdy 2-3’ stems. These unique puffy flowers are mix of pink, red, and burgundy and make a great cut flower. Likes well-drained soil. Annual.
Growing Tip: Deadhead to encourage blooms
Spacing: At least 1 foot
Height: 4 feet

Dahlia - Dahlia x hybrida
Description: Bi-colored semi-double 2-1/2” blooms sit atop strong stems. Mix includes shades of orange, white, rose, and violet. Annual.
Growing Tip: Plant tubers 6-8in deep once danger of frost has past and soil warms to 60° F. Will bloom mid-summer through early fall.

Marigold, “Sparky French Mix” - Tegetes patula
Description: Full, orange-and-yellow, double blooms cover these short plants. This variety is great for small spaces: containers, raised beds, or borders. Their short height won't shade out other plants.
Growing tip: Marigolds are a great companion plant (they deter bad bugs), so plant near your kale, broccoli, cucumbers, and more

Description: Hundreds of tiny flowers cover low-growing lacy foliage. Pollinator and beneficial attracting flowers are edible with floral, citrus and slightly spicy flavor.

Description: Orange, daisy-like blossoms that last until first frost. A heavy nectar producer beneficial for bees and butterflies.

Nasturtium, “Jewel Mix” - Tropaeolum majus
Description: Tall trailing mix grows up to 2’ in red, orange, gold, and bicolor shades. Flower has a peppery-sweet taste. Annual.
Growing Tips: Needs cool temperatures for continuous blooming. Intolerant of frost. Thrives in poor soil and needs little water.

Pansy, “Helen Mount” – Viola tricolor
Description: Upright stems with petite, colorful flowers. Edible flowers can brighten salads or be candied.

Lacy Phacelia – Phacelia tanacetifolia
Description: A wildflower with blue flowers that unfurl in a fiddlehead shape. Heavy nectar producers, so they are great for attracting pollinators. to your garden. Fast growing and leggy, will reseed it not dead-headed

Poppy, California - Eschscholzia californica
Description: These poppies have 2-3” vibrant orange blooms and feathery silver-blue foliage. They are drought tolerant and bloom throughout the summer. Plant outside once danger of frost has passed.

Description: Cold-hardier than most flowers, these multicolored self-seeding annuals can be the first and last flower in your garden.

Statice, “Seeker Mix” - Limonium sinuatum
Description: Among the easiest to dry of all cut flowers. Lovely pastel flower clusters on straight, uniform stems.

Description: Papery blooms can withstand head and dry conditions.
Growing Tips: Frequent harvests can increase yields. Excellent dried flower. Can tolerate average soil.

Sunflower, “Autumn Beauty” – Helianthus anuus
Description: A branching sunflower producing many long stems with bold, beautiful flowers up to 8” across. Flowers are bronze, purple, bright yellow, and burgundy, reminiscent of fall foliage.
Growing Tips: Pollen bearing, good for bees and other pollinators.
Spacing: 18-24”

Sunflower, “Moulin Rouge” - Helianthus annuus
Description: A pollen-less branching sunflower with 4” burgundy blooms.
Growing Tips: High soil nitrogen levels can lead to excess leaf growth and unusual flower shapes.

Sunflower, “Sonja” – Helianthus annuus
Description: An outstanding cut sunflower, with a dark center and tangerine petals. Each plant should produce 8 or more side branches bearing lovely 4” blossoms. Good vase life when cut.
Growing Tips: Pollen bearing, good for bees and other pollinators. Excessive nitrogen can result in deformed flower shapes.

Zinnia, “Benary’s Giant Mix” - Zinnia elegans
Description: High yield of long sturdy stems with 4-6”, fully double, dahlia-like blooms. Vigorous plants hold well in summer heat and rain. Excellent vase life. Annual.
Growing Tips: Low susceptibility to powdery mildew.
